The freedom created by structured training

There are many ways to train your body. Here are just a few:

You could do cardio training like cycling or running.

You could do strength training, like weightlifting.

You could do movement training, like calisthenics.

Some people religiously stick with one type of training. This is likely because it’s the easiest for them to be consistent with.

Some people do a mix of different types of training based on how they feel. This is likely due to a desire to change things up or even to create more balance in their workout routine.

And some people plan their training based on what the objective of their training is. At first glance, this “structured” training seems boring and restrictive.

Consider this: A structured training plan offers these people the freedom to enjoy daily life more, thanks to the enhanced benefits of effective training.
