  • People who will get the most out of UA coaching have progress that has plateaued and aren’t sure what to do about it. If you already have built a habit around carving out time for yourself, then you will probably benefit from the efficiency and personalization that come with this program.

  • When you travel, we’ll do our best to understand your time constraints and available equipment. Then we’ll create a list of travel items for you to bring with you so you can complete your travel-based training assignments.

  • Your success is defined by how well we’ve achieved your main outcome. The three factors influencing that are (1) the clarity of your goal, (2) communication, and (3) execution. What you believe your goal to be today, may (or may not) shift over the next 3 months. Getting crystal clear about what you want defines the program. Communicating every step along the way keeps us focused on the tasks at hand and provides a constant litmus test of whether we’re moving in the right direction. And finally, execution is about focusing less on the what and more on the how. The shift in focus these factors provide strongly influences your overall success.

  • They typically run between 30 and 50 minutes, depending on what we’re addressing.

  • Once you choose your program and complete your purchase, you’ll be presented with a calendar link to schedule your Orientation session. During this first session, we will assess your needs, agree to a game plan, set your first training assignment, and pick a regular time for our live sessions.
